St.Paul's High School was Established in the year 1989 by one legendary man Mr. T. Chandra Sekhara Rao, who was born in March 1st 1936 to parents T. Karunaji and T. Shantamma.
He hails from Polipalli a small village in the District of vizianagaram.
He was the first graduate from his village. He worked in LIC as a development officer. But he had a bumming desire to do something form Srikakulam people which was considered as backward area and had a low Literacy rate. So, his passion for education has welled up to take its from in the name of St. Paul's High School.
He was a voracious reader, an excellent orator and a philanthropist, Till his last he worked hard for the school.He hails from Polipalli a small village in the District of vizianagaram.

The School began with only a few students but now it houses around 600. He believed in 3D's philosophy, i.e., Discipline, Dedication and Devotion. The school got Recognized by Govt of A.P. first up to Class VII and later extended up to X. In the year 2020 St.Paul's High School Affiliated to the Council of Indian School Certificate Exam i- nation, New Delhi. So St.Paul's High School is a learning community animated by the divine Holy Spirit of love and freedom and living the Gospel Values. It shares Christ concern for the liberation and fullness of life of all people, especially of these in greatest need.
